Our cleaning services do not cover the following tasks: cleaning of chandeliers, light bulbs, handling biohazards (such as mold or blood), hoarding situations, animal waste cleaning, high reach areas beyond a 2-step ladder, exterior window cleaning, putting away dishes, large furniture moving, and large-scale trash disposal.
Because all our bookings are streamlined online, credit cards and debit cards are our only accepted methods of payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard.
Regarding cancellation, we kindly request a 48-hour notice in advance to avoid any charges. We make significant effort to coordinate and schedule our cleaning teams, and last-minute cancellation within 48 hours results in the loss of work for our teams.
